Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Services

The Dixie Convention Center (DCC) has a dedicated Event Services team committed to ensuring your exhibit experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

Before the event, each exhibitor will receive a personalized Exhibitor Services email from the DCC Exhibitor Services Coordinator.
This email will include:

  • The event schedule and move-in information.

  • Details about the equipment included with your booth.

  • A QR code and link to your event’s Exhibitor Store.

The Exhibitor Store offers three pricing tiers:

  • Early Bird: The lowest pricing available for orders placed in advance.

  • Standard: Regular pricing available until one week before the event.

  • Onsite: Pricing for orders placed during event move-in or onsite.

Ordering early allows you to reserve power, internet, furnishings, and other booth equipment at the lowest available rates. Orders may also be placed onsite during move-in, but onsite pricing will apply.

Equipment and services ordered in advance will be delivered or installed at your assigned booth before you arrive for setup.

If you have questions or need to submit completed forms, please contact the DCC Exhibitor Services Coordinator at Kimberly.White@washco.utah.gov.

Animal Policy Regulations

Animal Policy Regulations

The Dixie Convention Center (DCC) maintains a no-pets policy. Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are permitted inside the facility.

Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless those devices interfere with the animal’s work or the handler’s disability prevents their use. In those circumstances, the handler must maintain control through voice commands, signals, or another effective method.

DCC reserves the right to deny entry to or require the removal of an animal if:

  • The animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to regain control.

  • The animal is not housebroken.

  • The animal poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, based on its actual behavior.

If an animal is denied entry or removed, the individual may remain inside the facility and participate in the event or receive DCC services without the animal present.
