Chef Ken Migneault brings his 20 plus years of culinary excellence to Heritage Catering, Dixie Center’s caterer du jor.
Southern Utah is very lucky that Chef Migneault chose to make his home here in our red-dirt desert. Chef Migneault has worked in some of the top luxury resorts in the country such as the Miraval in Tucson Arizona.
An avid outdoors enthusiast Chef Migneault enjoys mountain biking on the areas many trails or fishing for trout in the local lakes and streams. Chef Migneault is also a member of Zion K-9 search and rescue group. Ken along with his beloved black lab Tick believe in giving service to the community they love.
