The Walker family brings a blend of creativity, organization, and energy to Heritage Catering. Lesli excels at transforming clients’ visions into stunning event designs, ensuring every detail—from colors to centerpieces—reflects the occasion perfectly. Kyler keeps operations running smoothly with his organizational skills, calm leadership, and a hands-on approach, whether in the office or his favorite spot—the dish pit. Kash’s versatile expertise and upbeat personality make him a go-to team member, contributing to everything from kitchen prep and concessions to paperwork and front-of-house support. Carrie has been with the Dixie Center for a long time. She’s one of the originals! Heritage Catering was glad she joined them. She has been the one to keep things running smoothly since they took over the catering. Carrie is the energy of the business: if you see a lady swiftly walking, sometimes even jogging around the building, it’s her. She knows what needs to be done, and does it. She is always on top of events, and cares about every detail. She will help make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Her energy and positive attitude carries down through the staff; they all love working with her!
Leonel has always had a passion for the food industry. In High school he worked at a local Wendy’s. After graduating High School his love for the industry grew. He decided it was a career path he wanted to explore; he graduated Le Cordon Bleu in 2007. After graduating, he went to work for The Ledges of St. George until he was hired by Heritage Catering in 2009. Not only is he a great chef, he is truly a great guy. He can sense when our staff is stressed or tired and turn the kitchen attitude into a happy pleasant place to be. His easy going way adds a great atmosphere to the team. He knows when he needs to get in and get the job done, too!
